SyncbackSE Rocks! I use it all the time both @ work and home and will definitelly vouch for it's great feature and stability (2 years never a problem, multiple syncs per day on 2 computers).
That said... SyncBackSE is NOT free. There is a free version that lacks some features (SyncBack Free I think) but IMHO if your data isn't worth the $25 you'd pay for SE then why sync/backup at all?
